ATTENTION: Due to a larger than normal increase in orders, we have been experiencing longer than normal processing times. Please understand that we very much appreciate you and are working diligently to increase our processing capacity to better service this increased demand. 

USPS SCANNING ISSUES: If your order has shipped but USPS has not updated the tracking, please understand that USPS doesn't always update the tracking during high-peak season or busier than normal work days for ground advantage shipping from California. We ship ground advantage in order to keep our unit cost low, which ground advantage is not always updated with tracking information.

Knowing this, we still want to make sure that your order is in-deed on the way!
