1.2 Order Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Order processing typically takes 1-7 business days but can take 7-10 days, excluding weekends and holidays as we are not open during these periods. PLEASE NOTE: processing may take longer than 7-10 days during peak seasons, after large national holidays, high demand or promotional periods. Order processing may take longer to process during this time but this is not usual. For example, after a long holiday period like Christmas or New Year's order processing can take longer than anticipated.
***NOTE: Please understand that we are not a breaking channel where we understand how many orders to process daily because of the amount of breaks we run. Breaking businesses are easily able to quantify how many orders to process per number of breaks and are able to schedule staff accordingly. We are a wholesale/retail business where most days are different and unknown. It's sometimes hard to forecast high demand periods but also day to day processing of orders. One day we may receive 10 orders and another day 300. This is the reason for our order processing time range.
As a company of collectors, we do in fact understand the need for fast shipping and do our best daily as a rapidly growing company to better accommodate our collectors.
